Buying Changan cars wholesale from China: a sourcing checklist
Wholesale sourcing starts with a repeatable specification and a clear commercial brief. Importers and dealers can reduce ambiguity by defining the essential features and destination requirements at the start.
Define the order
List each model and trim, quantity, exterior and interior colours and essential equipment. Note any acceptable alternatives separately. New and used vehicles require different information; used-vehicle requests should include condition, year and mileage preferences.
Confirm vehicle evidence
Request the proposed specification and suitable vehicle photos when available. Before payment, match vehicle identity and commercial documents to the agreed purchasing process. Reference imagery on a catalogue page is not evidence of inventory.
Agree the export arrangements
Clarify the quotation basis, documentation, transport, destination responsibilities and expected milestones. Procurement may take time. Discuss changes to specification or availability before accepting substitutes.
